- Exterior Maintenance Technician
Job Summary
Responsible for performing a variety of exterior home maintenance duties to upkeep residential homes in Calgary. Demonstrates a working knowledge of services and equipment while working safely. May interact with clients.
Primary Responsibilities
- Travels to different neighborhoods with a team and works as a team to complete residential services. (Transportation is provided from the office to and from work sites.)
- Team lead will be responsible for driving the company vehicle.
- Washes windows, cleans gutters and pressure washes siding.
- Operates and maintains window cleaning equipment, pressure washers, gutter cleaning system as well as other maintenance equipment.
- Follows the company health and safety program.
- Completes daily paperwork i.e. work orders and timesheets.
- Performs maintenance and upkeep to minor equipment.
Requirements
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Be able to work long days on your feet and be in good physical condition able to individually lift 50 pounds.
- Be self-motivated and able to take directions and work with others.
- Be punctual to work and responsible while on the job site.
- Perform work to company standards.
Benefits
- Commission based pay. Averaging $18-$22/hr. to start.
- Work as a team and work outside during the warm summer months.

2) Yard Maintenance Technician
Job Summary
Responsible for performing a variety of landscaping duties to maintain residential lawns in Calgary. Demonstrates a working knowledge of services and equipment while working safely. May interact with clients.
Primary Responsibilities
- Travels to different neighborhoods with a team and works as a team to complete residential landscaping. (Transportation is provided from the office to and from work sites.)
- Team lead will be responsible for driving the company vehicle.
- Cuts and trims grass, rakes, fertilizes, weeds, prunes shrubs and trees and performs other maintenance duties as directed.
- Operates and maintains power mowers, trimmers, electric clippers, sod cutters and pruning tools as well as other landscape maintenance equipment.
- Follows the company health and safety program.
- Completes daily paperwork i.e., work orders and timesheets.
- Performs maintenance and upkeep to minor equipment such as oils changes, blade sharpening etc.

- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Be able to work long days on your feet and be in good physical condition able to individually lift 50 pounds.

3) Sales Representative
Job Summary
Responsible for going door-to-door and selling property services in Calgary. Demonstrates knowledge of services, negotiates sales, and completes paperwork. May follow up with clients.
Primary Responsibilities
- Travels to different neighborhoods with a team and works as a team to complete soliciting routes on foot. (Transportation is provided from the office to and from soliciting neighborhoods.)
- Going door-to-door with the goal of selling Maintenance Worx services.
- Builds trust and interacts with homeowners in a friendly, positive and professional manner to ensure immediate and potential future sales.
- Understands, educates, and informs homeowners of the benefits of our services.
- Hands out pamphlets.
- Provides quotes for services offered.
- Inputs customer information into the company database.
- Takes payments such as cash, credit, or check.
- Develops a prospect/lead list.
- Able to briefly explain why our services are better than competitors.
- Able to walk at a brisk pace for three-hour intervals.
- Identifies property needs and suggests specific services.
