Pricing

MaintenanceWorx offers bundled service packages and pricing plans designed to meet the specific requirements of our customers. Our packages have been developed to accommodate the type of service performed and frequency of work desired by the customer.

MaintenanceWorx’s pricing plans are based on an annual service contract, with services provided at regular intervals, or based on specific seasonal needs. Different services and levels of frequency are included depending on the package chosen. For example, our premium package includes quarterly window servicing, but this service is offered once per year in our basic package.

MaintenanceWorx offers price continuity for the full year, regardless of the package selected. We have a monthly payment option, or a lump sum payment for the year. If you wish to pay the lump sum annually, we offer a discount for this payment option. We don’t believe in tying our customers down, so if you want to terminate your service agreement at any time, we will only charge a minimal flat fee to offset costs incurred.

MaintenanceWorx pricing is structured on the size of your house based on square footage. If your home has items that fall outside of the packaged categories, we offer the flexibility to create a custom package, with additional charges for extra furnaces, air conditioners and odd shaped lots. We will visit and inform you of any additional charges prior to signing your service agreement so you know from day one what to expect, and what to pay.
